Sales Representative – ERP & IT Solutions
We’re hiring a full-time Sales Representative to sell our ERP systems and IT services. This is a performance-based role for a motivated, sharp, and driven individual ready to build a serious career in tech sales.
Location: On-site — Amman, Jordan
Type: Full-time (Services Contract)
Compensation:
- Base salary: 450 JD/month (activated once you exceed 950 JD in monthly sales)
- Commission: Up to 12.25% on all qualified sales — no cap
- Extras: Transportation allowance may be provided for client meetings
NOTE: If the 950 JD sales threshold to activate your base salary concerns you, this may not be the right fit. We’re looking for proactive salespeople — not clock-watchers.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients in need of ERP or IT services
- Deliver persuasive pitches tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently
- Represent Sphereka during client meetings and presentations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ERP/SaaS/IT industry preferred)
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Available to work full-time from our Amman office
